Shipments: Taxes, Title, and Risk

Unless otherwise specified in writing, all shipments are FOB point of shipment. This means ownership and risk transfer to you once the product leaves our facility. Your invoice will clearly show a separate line item for shipping and handling charges.

You are responsible for all applicable sales and other taxes associated with your order, unless you provide Super Power Cables with a valid tax exemption certificate.

Title and the risk of loss or damage to your product(s) transfer to you upon delivery to the carrier at the shipping point.
